KM Tips and Tricks
Oki Color Vibrancy: For best color vibrancy, use exclusively RGB colors in your designs (for both PCL, Postscript drivers).
Printer(s) Driver
Settings:
Plain Paper Setting works in most cases.
If toner rubs off easily onto your hand, then increase the setting to a thicker paper.
If paper jams regularly, then reduce setting to a lighter paper.
MOST IMPORTANT
Issue:

At times, there can be too much toner for the DuraCotton KM to grip and hold during washing. The excess toner washes out reducing the strength of color and vibrancy on the target substrate. Reducing the toner density setting on your printer significantly reduces the washout.
For maximum image durability, we recommend placing a sheet of Teflon (c) over the peeled image and pressing for 4 - 5 seconds. HOT Peel. If shinny, give a quick stretch in each direction

Running Windows?

If so, we strongly suggest using the PCL driver (not Postscript) for best vibrant colors. PostScript wants to control your print - printing too heavy toner density, downgrading vibrancy.

\Paper Jam?

FIRST READ THE MANUAL!!. Cleaning is easy and fast. Open the top lid, take out the toner cartridges, lift out fuser. Press down the fuser release button, and gently pull paper out (while fuser is hot). Replace components. Print several sheets of plain laser paper to clean off the fuser rollers (printer start up page recommended to save toner). No burnt fingers, removing paper takes seconds.

When clean, resume transfer printing
